of a corporation in Hong Kong. Extracts of records include the name
of directors and the addresses, the name of shareholders and the addresses,
the name of secretary(ies) and the address(es), the registered office,
the share capital structure, charges information, winding up order,
deregistration etc... Please refer credit report services.
Company Search is also available for P.R. China, Macau, British Virgin
Islands (BVI), Barbados, St Kitts & Nevis, Cayman Islands and
Samoa. For some offshore company (like companies incorporated in BVI,
Belize etc...) are not having information of director(s) and shareholder(s)
for its characteristics of non-disclosures of ownership and directorship
in these jurisdictions.
Client may subscribe credit report services for other countries or
jurisdictions if company search is not available.

client.

issued in Chinese and the above information may be a litte different
dependent on the cities in the P.R. China.]
Note 2: Compan search in P.R.China requires full name and
full address of the company as it may be some duplicate names in
different areas/cities. Search will be made at the address specified
where the company should be registered, unless stated otherwise
by client.
Note 3: Director and shareholder information are non-disclosed
as it is the charteristics of these jurisdictions except it is publicly
filed.
d : denotes number of working days (Monday to Friday, excluding
holidays) of Hong Kong and respective jurisdiction(s). Order is
cut-off at 9:30 am and 14:15 [Hong Kong Time, International time
+8 Hours] during Hong Kong Office Hours daily. Results will be sent
dependent on the processing time of services. (e.g. Client choosing
express order and places order before 9:30 am (HK Time), the results
will be sent about 15:00 pm [10:00 am next day] (HK Time) if choosing
Express Order with 0.5 d processing time [Normal Order with 1 day
processing time]).
All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE NOR PRO-RATED
REFUND.

and documents that are made available respective Government offices.
