We may assist client to perform the information search of the name of a person / entity / vessel if he/she/it is part of any blacklists or regulatory lists.

International standards of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) are set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). Conducting customer due diligence (CDD) is a skill to start with. Name screening is a step to check if he/she is known to be of heightened risk (e.g. Politically exposed persons [PEPs], terrorist...).


There are three types of search:

• Basic / Normal
  With date of birth (for individual), a search for any given entry in relation to an identified person (i.e. the person's exact name and date of birth) can be provided for the search. The search will be conducted with name sequence as provided.
  
  With country of incorporation (for entity), a search for any given entry in relation to an identified entity (i.e. the entity's exact name and country of incorporationh) can be provided for the search. The search will be conducted with exact name as provided.
  
  With imo number (for vessel), a search for any given entry in relation to an identified vessel (i.e. the vessel's exact name and imo number) can be provided for the search. The search will be conducted with exact name as provided.
  
  
• Intensive [without information of date of birth (individual) country of incorporation (entity), imo number (vessel)
  a search for any given entry in relation to an identified person / entity / vessel can be provided for the search. The search will be conducted with exact name sequence as provided. If the name being searched is more or less similar to other names being regulated, we will try to resolve it and the report will list out all such names. Client is required to make further steps to determine if the subject is part of it or not.
  
  
• Passport check
  a search for any given entry in relation to a passport can be provided for the search. In order to perform the search, client is REQUIRED to provide following information of the individual:
  Given name;
  Last name;
  Issuing State;
  Nationality;
  Document Type (passport / ID card [and type, if applicable];
  document number, and;
  date of expiry
  
  

Fee Schedule (World Name Record Search) :

d : denotes number of working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) of Hong Kong and respective jurisdiction(s). Order is cut-off at 9:30 am and 14:15 [Hong Kong Time, International time +8 Hours] during Hong Kong Office Hours daily. Results will be sent dependent on the processing time of services. [we do not guarantee the results be obtained in the normal processing time as it is dependent on the time of information availability from the intermediaries or government offices]

All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE NOR PRO-RATED REFUND.

Fees are charged if there is no record of the person(s) being searched and no information can be provided per our report for reasons that the name provided by client for performing the search is not existed or not searchable.


Limitation of Search
The database records are updated only to the extent of information and documents that are made available respective Government offices or intermediaries.
